The Millfield Primary School

For the schools art's week 2008, I took on the role as resident artist.

Working with staff I planned to deliver a vast outdoor pottery and wood  clown.

I developed the idea, provided sketches and sourced all materials.

The project involved all of key stage 2 pupils, working in rotation to create the pottery shapes.

When the shapes had been fired, I then worked with year 5 & 6 pupils to glaze and decorate the pottery.

The clown has been put on the outside wall facing the key stage two playing field.
